  Friendly service...good food and clean. Can't miss this location, right off the interstate plus there is a rocket missle on display....its been there for over 40 yrs.

  This Krystal's is the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been in. It took the staff several minutes to even take our order and there were very few people in line. After waiting 25 minutes for our order of 6 krystal burgers and 1 chili, my husband heard them call our order number so he went up to the front. The employee had wrongly handed our order to another customer. That man proceeded to go through the hamburgers with his fingers looking for cheese before he decided that it wasn't his order. He handed it back to the employee, who then handed the order to my husband and said, "This must be your order, then." The fact that a Krystal employee would hand us an order that another customer had raked through with his fingers is disgusting and unsanitary. When we asked for a refund, another employee began mumbling under her breath about white people. Instead of dumping our order out in one of their trash cans in the kitchen, she proceeded to walk out to the dining room and make a production while dumping our order out there. There was no apology by any Krystal employee. This will be reported to the Health Department first thing on Monday morning, as well as the franchise headquarters.
